Makaila was born and raised in Canyon County Idaho. She attended Vallivue school district from second grade through graduation. After high school Makaila attended Boise State University and majored in business management. This helps explain her love of Boise State football, GO BRONCOS! 

Makaila comes to The Collective Realty Group with over 25 years in the customer service industry in management and leadership positions. This includes working for her father, who was a long time successful builder in the Treasure Valley. 

Married to her husband Shane, also a native Idahoan, Makaila loves what Idaho has to offer families. She loves that Idaho is family oriented and a great place to raise kids, including her three children.

When Makaila isn’t helping others find or sell their homes she can usually be found teaching a fitness class, supporting her kids in their activities or enjoying a good book while traveling. 

 Joe is a home grown Idaho native.

Joe’s experience comes from over a decade of sales in a multi unit leadership role. During this time, he built highly productive sales teams by investing and empowering those around him. His relentless drive comes from a passion for people and his effort is always focused on making people’s lives better.  Because of this, sales teams have produced consistent record-breaking results across the nation. Joe entered the real estate world to find and create investment opportunities, however, he quickly realized his skills transfer to building real estate teams and investing not only in properties, but the people around him.

Joe is proud to be part of The Collective, as it creates a new experience for clients in the real estate world. The teamwork and quality of service provided by The Collective is unmatched, as it allows each member to do what they are great at. In Joe’s spare time you will find him with his wife of over 10 years (Lisa), and his three kids, Theodore, Oliver, and Barrett. He is also an avid outdoorsman who loves archery hunting and spending time outdoors.  Whether it’s riding mountain bikes, fishing, or chasing big bucks and bulls, you can count on him to be giving it his all. No matter what Joe is doing, he always creates and finds a way to win!

Jamen was born and raised in Boise, ID. After graduating from Meridian High School, he attended Boise State University to study fine arts and graphic design. Jamen has been married to his wife since 2011, has two boys, two dogs and currently resides in Kuna, ID.

Jamen comes to The Collective Realty Group with over 15 years experience in residential construction. This included being part owner of a remodel and tiling company, as well as helping his father (retired City of Boise building inspector) build a home in Idaho City. Jamen also spent 4 years as the graveyard supervisor of the manufacturing department at Scentsy.  Jamen is currently working at a local screen printing company while expanding into Idaho Real Estate.

Jamen is genuine, kind, and very likable. When Jamen is not helping people find or sell homes, you can find him outdoors in Idaho City, designing a new logo, traveling or spending time with his family.

Randal comes to The Collective Realty Group as a retired sheriff’s sergeant and currently lives in Nampa. He has a passion for helping people and what better way to show that by helping people make more informed decisions when buying or selling homes. He loves everything about Idaho, especially the outdoor activities like fishing, camping, and hiking. When he is not helping others in selling or buying real estate, you can find him in his garage working on his classic cars, traveling, RVing, and spending time with his family. While Blaine is originally from the Midwest, he and his wife, two daughters and three dogs relocated from Phoenix, AZ seeking the slower paced, small town life Middleton, ID is known for. A devoted family man, Blaine enjoys spending time with his family, exploring the Treasure Valley and assisting his wife as they home educate their girls. 

Mike Pearson is from Mountain Home Idaho, He was born on the airbase and grew up there until he graduated high school. From there he moved to Twin Falls Idaho to go to CSI. There he found himself finding a job at Finishline where he worked and managed a store for 11 years. Mike moved back to the Boise area in 2011 to manage the store in Boise. He moved onto working at Express locations which sells T-mobile and where he has helped build a "Best In Class district!" Mike is very competitive, He lives by "Why play if it’s not to win!!" He grew up playing all sports and understanding that success happens more when you understand people and how they work.

Mike has been with his wife Erica for 9 years and they have 2 beautiful boys Micah (7) and Maddox (3). They also have 2 doodles named Flash and Rocky.  Mike is a long term relationship kinda guy, He will stick through the bad to get to the good, He understands patience and urgency are a unique combination, One that Mike prides himself on having.

Ashley has a BA in Social Studies Education from BYU-Idaho. She has taught elementary school and at Xi’an Cultural and Language at the University in China. She currently teaches geography for IHLA High School. She has been a resident of Idaho since 2002 and also lived in Hong Kong and Xi’an, China with her husband and three daughters. 

In her free time, she loves to travel, eat BBQ, cook and eat Asian food, read murder mysteries, go fishing, and camping with her family.  She is a regional representative for Just Serve, which promotes service opportunities within the community.

As a Realtor, her goal is to educate you throughout the home buying and selling process, so you are empowered to make the best informed decisions for yourself and family. She knows how challenging it can be to buy or sell a home, and she listens carefully to your needs. She has experience in relocation and understands the intricacies of a relocation in a personal and professional way.

The Collective Team is excited to announce a new team member! Garrett, a native Idahoan, is back in the area with his lovely wife, Treci, and their children. He enjoys working outside of the office, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family. We are thankful for his service to our country in the infantry and as a team leader in the Army. He has 25 years of experience in home construction, handiwork, and is a licensed Real Estate agent. When not at work, he loves international travel with an emphasis on learning about new cultures and various traditions. 

 Cindy moved to Idaho when she was 8 years old & was raised in SE Boise. She graduated from Boise High & married her childhood sweetheart soon after. They bought their first home in Emmett, ID at 19 years old. Eventually they moved to Middleton, ID in 1988 where they purchased their 4th home to run a pavement maintenance business, which she co owned & managed with her husband for 34 years. They are now retired from this business & Cindy is now working Real Estate full time.

Cindy & her husband have built 4 custom homes & have managed rental properties for the past 10 years, Together they have two sons, 2 grandchildren, & a labradoodle. They will be celebrating 48 years of marriage in August of 24!!

Cindy also owned a quilt shop for 16 years & still loves her hobby. Ask her what project she brought with her the next time you see her!

The Collective welcomes Brooke Carter to her role as Director of Operations. Raised in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, and recently transplanted to Idaho from West Palm Beach, Florida, she is loving learning “all things Idaho”.  A graduate of Psychology from Florida Atlantic University, Brooke comes from a fast-paced, people-centric environment, and is passionate about “the details” that ensure a foundation of excellence. She and her husband, Frank, are excited to slow life down and raise their young family in Idaho. They are in awe of the state’s natural beauty as well as the authentic kindness of its population. With an avid appreciation of all things vintage, caffeine-infused, and adventure – Brooke is excited to be a small part of this incredible team!

Hi! My name is Melanie Hennessey. I have been a Realtor for a year and a half, in Idaho Falls, ID.  I have loved every second of it. It has given me the freedom to be around more for my children and my husband. My husband and I feel called to have me stay at home for the benefit of our children and household. I still have this deep calling to be home with my children as much as possible to watch them grow and be present in their lives. Real estate allows me to be home and with my kids while also contributing financially and taking the burden off my husband. 

I am a LEO-Wife, RN and former first responder. I have dedicated my life to the service of others from the time I was 19 and stepped foot on an ambulance for the first time, to becoming a nurse and finally to transitioning to a Realtor. I fell in love with helping others who were unable to help themselves and I thrive on chaos. The more chaotic the better and the more focused and calm I become. Working in healthcare and real estate are not all that different. They each have their elements of chaos; we are helping those navigate through a difficult or monumental time in their lives and we are seen as the experts in our fields. The stakes are different and can be much higher in healthcare but nonetheless helping people buy homes is a big deal. I look forward to the challenges that real estate brings and I am excited to continue serving others the best way I know how.
